I have an Oldsmobile Alero 2D V6 VinE 80K and It had begun to leak coolant, so I refilled it over and over.
Now Here is my dellema(SP) oil appeared in my Coolant tank...The Head Gasket is fine....My Question is could the "intake manifold problem" have caused oil to get mixed in when my coolant went back in the tank?

Highly unlikely. The intake manifold doesn't carry any oil. During the intake gasket replacement, there shouldn't be any reason why oil could make it into the coolant.
And what makes you so sure the head gasket isn't bad? It could be a small leak that doesn't smoke or cause running issues, but it could still be there.

I , along with my Mech saw no cracks in the gasket....
I was updated that there were no visible cracks in the head or block and the heads may be warped. However I am still going to replace all gaskets in the head along with the thermostat
