I have a 2000 Lincoln Town Car Cartier edition with a biege interior. I have a lumbar switch on the side of the drivers seat that has a plastic cover that is broken. It also is beige color, and it snaps into the seat. The problem is that this cover has a broken snap and won't hold against the seat. Does anyone know what part number that is and if you can buy it anywhere on-line.
Thanks in advance,
John

Hi John -
I've had experience with this one.. it's a dealer only item. You can call around, or just call your local dealer and have them order you one.
You'll need the color codes off the Factory label on the drivers door pilar, and even with that.. their are so many color combinations used, they'll order the wrong one. It's not really their fault.. for example, your drivers door is what? three colors?? Dashboard is one, Dash facia is another.. Seats are another or two-tone.. yikes!!
The part number is usually embossed into the back side of the plastic part, but sometimes not the color. If you have it.. Google it too :)

Steven,
Thanks for the information. I think there is a part number on the back of the piece I'll probably have to look to verify that.
