12V Power Input Wires for Remote Starter

Putting a remote starter on my 2006 Taurus (http://www.fordforums.com/#) and have a question for hooking up the 12V power into the control box. It has three (3) 12V power wires that must be connected to a "hot all the time" wire. It says to connect the larger 20 amp fused wires to the "hot" 12V wires going to the ignition. I found the wire. light green/violet, and will hook the two wires into that. I traced it out and it is hooked to a 40 amp fuse in the battery junction box (BJB). The third input wire is smaller and has a 3 amp fuse on it. Can I safely hook all three wires to the "hot" ignition wire or should I spread them a out a bit?? I was thinking of hooking the 3 amp wire to the Yellow/white headlight power wire as I have to get at the headlight/parking light switch anyhow. That wire is hooked to a 25 amp fuse. Any other suggestions where to hook to?? I want to keep it somewhat simple and not have to run wires all the way to the battery and keep it under the dash. Thanks!!
