2002 Ford Taurus trans fluid problem

I am having a problem with transfluid dumps out on the right side front of the car. This is the second time this has happened and I have checked the trans fluid and it not low and has never been changed. When this happens I am getting a decent size puddle under the front of the car and cant see were its coming from the trans pan is dry and I don't see any problems with the trans lines going to the radiator. The car drives and shifts fine but i am concerned why this is happening. From the first time this happened till now is about 6 months apart. Anyone have any ideas will help? The car does have the duratec motor.

Right side front? Are you referring to the passenger side front? The transmission is on the driver's side, right, and the cooling lines go to the driver's side of the radiator? Are you sure you don't have a power steering fluid leak? What color is the fluid? Have you looked in the area of the leak to see if anything is wet? Is the fluid maybe running along a frame rail or hose and dripping feet away from the source?
