Honestly I would disable the TCCM by unplugging it then I would remove the transfer case shifting motor and manually lock it into 2WD until you can get it properly diagnosed. Sounds like an electrical issue to me. Don't throw parts at it, get it properly diagnosed.

First thing.
Look for and Find where the short is that is blowing the fuse.
Check all wiring rear close.
Check shift motor for shorting.
Are you sure you got a good fix on the wiring you repaired?
What was bad on wiring or what happened to it?
Burnt up or shorted or just broke?
Pull codes and see if code tells you any thing.
Get some good repair info that has the repair flow charts and wiring diagrams.
Factory manual or http://www.alldata.com/products/diy/index.html
Go threw the repair chart for blowing fuse or not shifting.
Good Luck and let us know how it goes.

Ground pin 13 obd 11 diagnostic plug in and turn key on and count all flashes with spaces on shift button lights and post back flashes.

Wow that was a lot of counting.:grinyes:
THERE IS ONLY 4 CODES
1-2-3 0R 4.
Code will keep repeating after pause
Just count the flashes that are together.
Like 1 flash pause.
2 flashes pause.
3 flashes pause.
or 4 flashes pause.
