96 Rodeo Losing Power

I have a 96 Rodeo that is losing power. So far we have replaced the battery and alternator. the belt on the alternator is bad but in order to replace it I need the torque specifications for the idler pulley. I am assuming it is the belt that is causing the problem but I could be wrong. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can find the torque specifications for the idler pulley and/or what could be wrong with this vehicle? Thank you in advance.

That belt could very well be your problem, definitely start there. If the truck's not getting enough power from the alt, everything suffers.

Let me see if I can get the torque specs from my haynes manual.
