Hello all, This is my first time using this site, but can not find the info I need .......... I have purchased an 87 accord with a blown A20A1 and have a B20A3 at my disposal. I would like to just change out the long blocks if possible, not sure if I would incounter any problems ie intakes matching up, motor mounts, exhaust manifolds having same same bolt pattern, or something else that I'm not aware of.... etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thank You

I have never heard of the changeover. I will keep my eyes open for any info on it though.

Thank You for the reply! If I stay in the A series motors, they are interchangable long blocks right? A20A, A20A1, & A20A2

That part I do know. There may be few minor differences, such as sensors or whatnot. But you can take all them off your current blown motor.
