99 f250 wiper problem

Had problem with turn signal working (sometimes they would sometimes they would not) so I replaced multi switch and now the wipers will run all the time. They will turn if I pull the fuse or turn the key off. They will run even with multi switch unplugged. Anyone with some ideas?
