'67 Turn signal flasher location help

My turn signals both stopped working, but my emergency flashers still work, which leads me to think the flasher is bad.

My Chilton's doesn't have a picture, all they says, "Front side of the air duct, under the instrument panel."

I can't find this thing for the life of me... any help would be greatly appreciated.
