99 sunfire clicking during braking causing lights to flicker

Just recently I have noticed that when driving over 25 mph and applying the brakes, there is a clicking sound which sounds like it is coming from behind the dashboard. The clicking will speed up the harder i apply the brakes. Also every time it "clicks" i have noticed my headlights and my instrument panel lights flicker in unison with the clicking. I recently have replaced both front wheel bearings, rotors and break pads. Anyone have an ideas on what could be wrong?

My car is a 99 sunfire 2.2L
