Low oil pressure

Hi Im new here
I read some problems on a Gran Vitara with a 2.5 engine about low pressure
my experiece was a loose crank Damper it must be tight 150 NM
because the oil pump sprocket doesnt have a key, if the damper are loose
no pressure or volume at the heads, valve adjuster sound and if you still running the engine soon will be stuck
