94 Eldorado Blower Motor Failure *%$!

I have replaced the blower motor on this Cadillac 5 times in the last 2 years.
On one occurance the electrical connector was melted. I thought "great, I found the problem!" ...............NOT!
The motor keeps failing. Put a new motor in and it will work fine for a while. It never lasts the same amount of time. All connections are good.
Has anyone ever had the same trouble?
I see a lot of posts that are saying that the motor will keep running all the time. Well, this one Fails all of a sudden. At 250 dollars a crack, we are just lucky that the motor has a lifetime warrenty. However, I have heard that they are going to discontinue them at the parts houses.
Anybody have a clue what to do to fix this problem?

What brand of blower motor are you using? Some brands such as Duralast from Autozone are known to be substandard.
