Hi will a 302 auto engine froom an 88 f1504x4 fit in a 92 f 150 (302) auto 2x4 without changing transmission or anything else?

Yes, as long as its EFI it will swap over. Some sensor and plugs may be different but you should be able to swap main engine harness and solve that.
