Power Locks won't lock door

Hi, I have a Keyless Entry (remote) to get in and out of my car. All doors can be locked and unlocked using the Keyless Entry but once I sit in the car, the door can't be locked by the power switch (only one power switch that controls the driver and passenger seats).

What can be the problem?

What kind of car are you referring to? There are a lot of specific, common issues with many of the different makes of vehicles. Searching the appropriate vehicle-specific forum or posting your question on the appropriate forum if no recent threads exist may get you better answers. You'll certainly want to at least specify the model and year of your vehicle in the post though.

Honda Civic 2000. My car got broken in and since then the power switch won't lock the door when I am sitting on the driver side. But the keyless entry is still working. So that means I am safe when I left my car but I am not safe when I am driving (hahaha) because the door cannot be locked in anyway.

Sounds like maybe some wires got cut for the door lock switch that shouldn't have. If you have a wiring diagram for your car, you can perform some checks to determine where you should have power/ground but do not.
