98 blazer power problems. need blazer expert!!!!

my 98 blazer 4x4 is having sum power problems. sumtimes i cant go over 50 mph then when i put it in 3 gear i could get over it idk wat 2 do i need a blazer expert.

Ever been tuned up?
What is repair history or last tune up?
