Astro Tri Doors

This may sound dumb,but I have a astro with tri doors. Living in Pa. the doors are junk. I'd like to switch to just the (2) or double doors. I'm not having any luck getting the door pins out. Any advice??

I've had no trouble with the Dutch doors and liftgate. Is there something in particular that is causing a problem? Just sealing? Loose?

Thank You for responding. The lift gate is rusted so bad, that the latch & other mechanism doesn't work well. And the bottom of the doors are rusted too. I already have the regular doors. And the top latches for the doors. But can not get the pins to move. Is there a special tool, besides a pin punch?
