HELP! 1994 Chrysler Town & Country

Good Morning Everyone!

Ihave a 1994 Town & Country that has started leaking antifreeze. I put antifreeze in the radiator just to find it empty my mid-day. I also put fluid in the plastic contain on the side and I fill it to the maximum level just to find that empty also!

I'm also having problems with the serpentine belt. This is the second time that it came off! The belt is in good contition but for some reason, it comes off. It's a good running van and basically these are the only problems that I'm having with it.

Any suggestions?

Rent a coolant pressure tester from autozone, etc. to find the leak. Take a look at the water pump, check the weap hole for leakage. Very possible that the coolant is leaking onto serepentine belt causing it to slip or the water pump bearing is bad and has slop on it throwing belt off. I would not drive much more until you find the leak so you do not cause any other undo damage to engine internally or externally.
