Terrific tires?

I am looking into purchasing new rims and tires for my 1996 Acura Integra Special Edition and want to know if I am getting a competitive price. I have found 4 Konig Drivers, and 4 215-40R-17 Kuhmo Ecsta 711 tires (all equipment is brand new) for approximately $1150. Is this a deal that I should consider? Exactly what am I getting, and is it worth it? If this isnt a good deal, what is?
