changing clutch in Yugo

I have a Yugo and the clutch seems to be slipping as the engine revs up but the car moves very little in any gear, including first. Has anyone changed the clutch plate and bearings in these cars?
Is it a hard job since it is front wheel drive?
Where can I buy a clutch kit?
