check the plug/coil wire resistance..if open this will cause to voltage to jump .....make sure that the surfaces of coil/cap/rotor are clean and there is no carbon tracking...make sure the coil wires are clean and secure...

OK OWNER BEFOR ME had a misfire isssue before he sold it, he had new spiders put in it, and he put a 1998 fule pump and gas tank in it, he got the miss out, but it has come back, it had new bosh 8mm wires on and napa coil, when i got it with a misfire, what i have put on it is two new distrb caps, new rotor, gm ac delco plugs and gm delco wires iv tryed 3 used working ICM'S , tryed 4 other used coils and 1 new coil, miss left, then come back, its haD A gm service injector flush and clean with no bleed off of the injectors at all, truck has 200k easy life miles the 98 fule pump only has 6 more psi than stock, WORKING ON IT THIS WEEK END so find out more, its a 95 truck

Mine misfired due to the spider ass loading up in the upper intake. these are known to cause problems I would suggest looking for washing and go from there.
