Losing fluids

I have a 96 grand am gt had heater coil replaced last year it is a four cylinder and a five speed ran hot checked resavoir was empty put fluids in all came out at the back of the firewall where there is a elbow hose need help thanks

hummm the hoses to your heater core may b the problem. If the water is runing out near the fire wall there are 2 hoses in/out where water flows to and from heater core they may be off or split. if water is not coming from there maybe u should check ur feeze plugs on block of engine. hope that helps

:banghead:THANK YOU FOR YOUR INPUT TOOK IT TO THE CHEVY DEALER SAID IT WAS THE HEATER COIL TO A TUNE OF 570.00!!!!! BUT HAD TO HAVE IT DONE :crying:

Ouch ! Thats expensive !
If you didnt have it done yet, you might check some smaller shops around your area, they'd do it for about 1/3 - 1/2 cheaper.
The heater Core is only about $25-30. :2cents:
