1994 Grand Prix se several problems

Hello My first post :) but anyway i bought this 1994 grand prix se it has 3.1 sfi engine the heater a/c is weird only works when headlights or park lights are turned on i mean the blower comes on but cant change temp or where air comes from (top bottom) unless the lights on. And i was wandering where the actuator was located that makes the air hot to manually engage it during the cold months. LAst but not least the tranny is stuck in i belive 3rd gear but changes to 4th between 55 70 and it has reverse . What in the world could cause that ? its 4spd with o/d tranny any info or direction to find out is apreciated thanks...

im sorry noob fever i guess its a grand prix sorry UPDATE i jus fixed my car problems: wouldnt shift gears right cooling fans not workin heater/ac not working right unless lights on heater not blowing hot air FIX WAs ign sw2 fuse under hood near battery fuse was blown replaced fuse now it all Works Im SOO HAPPY $5.99 dollar fix if any 1 has similiar problems check fuses ;) o and if some how could some 1 move this thread to the gp section or tell me how to do it :)

That Ign switch was my guess(or the fuses) but due to model uncertainy I didnt mention it.
