Another Keyless Entry Question

Ok Its a 2000 Dodge Durango

Ok so, The Keyless entry worked. Just lights Blinked. (no chirp)
One Day I found out it had a Remote Starter. Worked Great no problem.

I Was Fiddiling with the remote one day. And after I was done the Doors would Just lock on there own after about 30 seconds. (The truck was not moving, just sitting still.) Everything elas still worked. I got tired of being locked out of my truck every other day, so I started fiddleing with it again.
NOW the Remote Start wont work anymore. The Locking after 15mpg doesn't work anymore, and the Lights dont flash when i hit the Lock/unlock button on the remote. BUT, it does not lock on its own after 30 seconds anymore. So something I did worked. (i guess)

Iv' tried all the codes in the book nothing has worked. (many, many times)
The remote control is different from the one in the book, so im not sure if its an After Market or just a different remote. The book doesnt say anything about a Remote Starter. So im leaning toward an after market remote. Could be a problem?

I was going to disconnect the battery for a few mins and see if that reset the system. Other than that its the Dealer for me. I will see what they have to say if you people dont have anything.

Ok thanks for reading this post and your help if you have any.

Jimmy

Never Mind Found the Problem.
It got into "Valet Mode" and would not except any new codes untill Valet Mode was turned off.
