what do i need to install a quarter window

hello,
i need to replace my quarter window in my 88 gmc s-15 jimmy 2 door.i have the window but i dont know what tools or what glue or what ever i need to install it.if anyone can help me out and let me know if there is a kit and point me in the right direction that would be great.also how hard is it to do.
