Weird Electrical Problems

Does anyone see a common link here? I'm driving a 1990 Buick Century and all's well. After stopping for a short breakfast, I notice my radio, interior light, horn, sideview mirrors, and door locks no longer work. Plus the radio is not totally dead. There's plenty of static but no voice or music. Back in December I had a loose steering wheel tightened at a shop and it was costly. Any chance the problem is related? Come on experts, help me out, Tanx.

Did you check all fuses? Did you check ground to body at various parts to make sure there is no corrusion/and it is connected?
