My 1st Suv!

I just picked up a '93 Eddie bauer edition .. It has 137k on it and I paid 1,250.. Do you think this was a good deal? Body is in decent shape the only problems is in the back floor where the doors close is starting to rust and a little bit over 1 fender well.. The leather is in good shape for being 16 yrs old lol.. However it does shift a little bit high and hard going into 2nd but it's not to bad.. Im going to go get the tranny flushed next weekend and hope that's all that it is! Also I was looking to get some rims for it.. Is there a forum im missing that sells parts? Any ideas on the tranny?
