PassKey Problem, 92 Park Ave.

1992 Park Ave. 3.8 L . The vehicle does an intermittent "No Start".
When this occurs you can tell it is not going to start because the "Security" does not go out.
Questions:
How do you get to the two wires for the module in the ignition switch that reads the key resistor ?
Where is the "Decoder Module" located ?
I have managed to back track the voltage loss when this occurs to the yellow wire on the "Park/ Neutral" switch. I do not have a lay out for the relays as to which is the "Starter Relay",(Any help there would also be appriciated).
Any help greatly appreciated.
