02' ZTS amp ground?!

Hey guys, i just got a new sub and amp...but i cant find a Ground in my trunk...anybody help me plz?!

Ground it to the chassis. Drill a hole in some part of the trunk that is water tight. Put a sheetmetal screw in and ground it to that. Also, before this make sure the car body is grounded to the battery.
