95 Jimmy electrical problems 4X4

HELP! My 95 Jimmy will not go into 4 wheel drive. The push button lights work and the tranny will shift into low range in 2 wheel drive but the transfer case will not engage to make it 4 wheel drive. When checking this out I discovered that I am not getting juice to the front end. Could this be related to a bad relay in the rear of the glove box or do the relays have nothing to do with the 4 wheel drive? I have checked all the fuses in the standard fuse box and they were all good. Are there other fuses in the system?
