1986 Econoline running issues

I have a 1986 econoline 302 fuel injection. when I start it up in cold weather it will run normal for a few mins then rev up in park or N but in gear it will run nice. but In warmer weather I start it up and it has a few sputs and sputters it will run but not normal. then when it warms up it runs high again..any ideas? i already changed the thermostat and fuel pump, along with new alt. and 02 sensor...not sure where else to try...
