85 Chrysler Fif Ave brake lights help!

How is everyone today, good I hope cause I got a problem. Now before i get a ticket by troll man my break lights dont work for some reason. Now, when I put the car in reverse the brake lights come on, but when im driving and I stop it doesn't. I dont get it! Some ppl said I need some brake fluid or it could be a wire problem I dont know so I need some help.

Also, when I put the fuse in for the turning signal lights they both come on and it wont turn off unless I take the fuse out. A friend of mine told me to turn off the hazzard light button by pulling it well, I bought this car for $300, it runs realy good the only problem is the brake and turning signal lights so can someone please help me out. Thx!
