Sloppy Shifter

Hello - on the "to do" list for the 98 3-cyl 5-sp is to "tighten" up the sloppy shifter. I suppose I'll have to inspect the shifter and linkages for worn plastic bushings and replace where necessary.

Questions :
- my shifter is sloppy from side-to-side only, is there a particular bushing I should be looking for?
- are bushings available from dealer or other sources?

I think they are still available from a GM or Suzuki dealership. Also check out this link..........
