RX 330, what type of antifreeze?

I just bought a 2005 RX330 and need to add antifreeze, wouldn't you know the danged Japs say use "Toyota antifreeze" in the owner manual, here we go, they have to make it difficult, so I give up? Is is just Dexcool they use or what? The stuff in there now looks slightly red in color not orange like Dexcool, but I'm "assuming" Dexcool is the stuff since you can really only buy green Prestone and orange Dexcool at the parts stores these days. Can someone tell me if Dexcool is the right stuff? Thanks to all, and your prayers as well, being a die hard GM owner, now have a renegade Jap car in the garage!
