Rawl fuse

does anyone know what this fuse does? Every once in a while I try to start my truck and it will just crank and the lights in the dash (the 4 in the middle for drive stuff) won't come on. If i pull the RAWL fuse and put it back all is good. I have a feeling it will get worse and would like to find the prob before i get stranded
