Fuel line mount removal???

Hello All:

94 Buick LeSabre/Custom. Replacing fuel filter and need to install a short
Dorman line repair (w/ new threaded male end for filter connection).

I can't figure out how to remove the fuel line anchors attached to the
underside of the body shown here.

There are several of these forward from the fuel filter. I need to remove two of them to replace an 18 inch section of line.
