No Code, I/M EGR and Evap not ready.

I get a no code when I do a scan ObdII. However I get a EGR and Evap not ready, I drove the car over 80 miles. I got a P0420, so I replace the CAT, O2 Sensor before and after the CAT. The code is gone, but still can't get the EGR and EVAP to ready ready, any Ideals. Thank you.:banghead:
