While driving my Taurus i hear a popping noise when i go to break, its not like the rotors its more like something just popping it continues to do so when i start to accelerate but eventually stops. Also while turning i hear the same noise. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it a single pop when braking, or a periodic popping? If periodic, does it slow in frequency as the vehicle slows? Can you tell if it's coming from the front or rear? Does your Taurus have rear disc brakes? Have you verified the wheel lugnuts are tight? When's the last time you had the wheels off for some reason?

tires were just replaced..did not check lugnuts.. its from the front driver side. It pops every two seconds or so while braking and when i accelerate from a brake it pops a few times and stops.

So the popping doesn't vary with vehicle speed?
Did this sound just start after having the new tires installed? Do you feel any pulsation in the brake pedal or steering wheel that corresponds to the popping noise?

I know your problem is solved, but for the benefit of others, this kind of sounds like if the right conditions occur, it's the clicking of worn half-shafts. If it was an Isuzu with four wheel drive or another car with a similar drive system put in reverse to engage and disengage the front wheel drive, this would be a normal sound.
