It would look a little out of place if you put the rally decals on.

I need to know some colors that would match this car well. Like for the wheels, roll cage and details. Like I dont know what color of shocks to scratchbuild.
Any ideas are welcome...

Well, try and see what it would look like if you used the 2 colors of the mrage paint. like both colors for the interior and lets say purple for the springs.

I think it's great so see people doing tuner versions of Rallycars. Personallty I don't really like the look of them. But as long as people are buying and building WRCs then the likes of Tamiya and Hasegawa will keep giving us new kits. So go ahead and make wierd versions everybody. Then the 'purists' like myself will be able to do our thing too :D
BTW k_dog what is it with you and Freakray? Your avatars are strangely complimentry.

lol...the only reason I am building a tuner version of the Pug is because it was the first of my rally cars to mess up and get fed up with. So instead of dealing w/the decals right now, I took the easy way out. I will be doing this car again in the future because I'm a fan of Marcus.
In regards to the avatars....I just logged on one day and Ray's was the opposate of mine....wierd eh? I like it though.

I don't see how without it being really expensive, or having to go by surface, since it is an aerosol.

It's the Peugeot 206 WRC kit, Brian mentioned in one of his posts that he used the WRC 2001 kit for it.

LOL, I dont have the money for the TVR Refulx colors although the thought did cross my mind to try and get some.
This is actualy duplicolor mirage from Wal-mart.
it's about the same thing just not as high quality as TVR's automotive paint.
I would have prefured to have the Reflux red/orange from TVR.

I love it...keep those stickers...dont put too many and also keep the gunmetal rims on a car that colorful
ChopinPorkChop
04-08-2003, 05:35 PM
but one of the most important things of a show car is the rims and the paint is more dominent over the gunmetal rims so its like they arnt even there, the white ones looks sick cuz it makes the car complete in all of its aspects

Personally I prefer the gunmetal colored wheels, but the white ones look fine too.
Just remember the Peugeot is a 5-bolt hub, I see those gunmetal ones in the photo are 4-bolts.

Ya as you have stated before Ray, they are from the Focus I did and are simply used to show what the gunmetal wheels would look like.
