replacing dash lights with led?

hey guys i was just wondering if there was a way that i could replace all of the red lights in my dash with LEDs. the speedometer, DIC switches, buttons, knobs, everything. anyone have any idea let me know please!

As far as IP Cluster no problem. Plenty of substitute colored lamps and LEDs are available to replace the stock 194 instrument lamps. We have a link to a vendor someplace. I'd have to look for it.

and as far as the radio and HVAC, they are soldered in. They are tiny little incondescant bulbs. In order to put a LED in there you would have to also put a resistor in series with each LED.

Also the polarity of the LED must be also observed, otherwise it will not light.

itd be great if you could find that link. also (i dont know how resisters are rated, ohms i assume?) what size or rating of a resistor would i need if i went with LEDs

Dr Hardware recommended me to go with 1K ohm when I converted over my fog light switch and my heated seat switch. They have worked flawlessly without burning the LED's out. Go with 1000 ohm.

Check Tips and maintenance. I did a couple writeups on LED conversions.
