back windows

the back windows on my tahoe will only go down about 5 inches... leaving a lot of window up. is there a child safety setting or something that i can turn off to let the windows go down, or is that the most they go down? anyone?

Thats as far as they go down. If you look at the design of the rear door it can only go down that far. Also got a child safety benefit from it also.
