Hi, I am new around hear and I own a 2007 silverado which I use as my work truck. I also have a 2003 monte carlo ss for fun. I have a quick rear drum brake question for anyone who has had to replace their rear brake shoes. Is there anything out of the ordinary to watch out for, and do I have to remove the wheel bearing when I take the drum off. I will hopefully be doing the job this weekend and I am just wondering what I am in for.

wheel bearing? nope, just knock the drums off and replace like any other drum setup, nothing to it. For the money I would recommend a hardware kit anytime you do drums. only a couple bucks a side and new hardware is so much easier to work with....
