Does the fuel relay sensior make a clicking noise..?

when we tried to staart the accord we heard a clicking noise in the car that we have never heard before....

I would say that that would be starter clicking which may indicate bad/weak battery.
Does your engine rotate?
On some engines you can put your hand on the starter to verify the clicking source. BE VERY CAREFUL! Do not get your hands or clothing on the rotating parts.
