Hello all,
just thought that i would say hi..
i have just become a member and have just aquired a
Green 3.1 Liter GT coupe with a smooth auto transmission.
The car has been looked after with a little bit off flaking on the rear spolier, just the laquer..
the Car is a 1997 and has only 62000 miles on the clock.
Only problem in the car is that the car did not come with the remote for the central locking, are these available aftermarket ????
And the central locing will not work off the key from the out side but the lock switch inside unlocks and locks with ni problems...
Is the above a problem with a relay or something??

If the car is equipped with remote for the door locks. You will need to find what number that you need. I have a GP and the gm # is 10246216 and the FCC ID is ABO0204T. These are the numbers that you would use to buy another remote on ebay.

If you check ebay you should be able to find a key fob for pretty cheap. Just look for your specific year/make/model.
Almost all GAs hav remote lock/unlock. :2cents:

Thankyou for the advice, had a look already and they are about $17 + postage.. so even if it does not work its not that expensive..
