83 with 153,000 had it for 4 years and only put 500 miles lol

4,137 miles, but it's a '96 Impala SS (close enough, I suppose).

Hey, it's a B-Body :lol: ( If that's the case , then I suppose I could post my '95 Roadmaster's mileage as well. Last I knew it was a little over 129,000 . Don't know exact mileage as it's in winter storage.)

origanal owner `87 60600 miles. caprice classic broughm ls.

Just turned the big 3000 (of course that's just my motor/trans)

Car: 182,000~

Engine: 300-something.

second owner (on the '83), 43,000 something, though it could be 143,000, i doubt any higher since the first owner was an elderly couple

Hello. Have an "84" caprice with 330k on the odometer. Wife's daily driver. 55 mi. Round trip daily. Engine/tranny are original. Less a timing chain at 100k intervals. Thanks mobil 1. Wife likes a big car. No green puddle jumper for her.

86 Classic Brougham. 131,500. Mother bought it new. I inherited it. Original except paint job.

'85 Caprice Classic 305 5.0L ~105,000 miles

2 92 police both have seen 130 mph numerious times white 1 115k black one 235k both still READY to roll.

1980 4 door Sedan V8 (267ci) just hit 63,500 miles, original with full history!
1983 Caprice station wagon V8 (305ci) has 179,000 km's on it (Canadian)

91 9c1 Caprice 168,000
94 9c1 Caprice 223,000

84 5.0 purchased March 2007 with 43,000 miles. Now, as of May 2009, it has 101,000 miles.

Fast,

I use the cheapest oil I can find. Lately it has been Walmart SuperTech 10w-30. In the past it has been Pennzoil, before they bumped the price up about 40% for no reason.

I change the oil and filter every 4,000 miles or less. Usually do it around 3,000 miles.

Sometime it develops a lifter tick, and I just add some Marvel Mystery oil to the crankcase, and the tick goes away.
