Car wont start

Car was driving fine, then in the morning went to start and would not start, tried jumping it still nothing, everything is turing and such but there are arcs coming from where the spark plugs and wires connect could this be the problem or just a side effect?

Should be no sparks visable from plug wires. You might have other issues but would replace wires first. Usual problems with Corsica non starts, weak or dead ignition module, or crank sensor. Could even can be fuel pump. Check to see if all wires are putting out good fire(should arc 2-3 inches or MORE and be blue, not yellow. You should have 40lbs of fuel pressure, if you have any way to check that as well.
