P0304 and Low Trac Light

I have Service Engine (P0304) and Low Trac lights (C1275) come on. Have had both coils, fuel injector, spark plugs, coil housing replaced. I also have had the PCM flashed which makes things OK for a week or 2. My mechanic thinks it might be bad PCM. Any thoughts? Might it be bad crankshaft sensor also?
