As the title says it will be a mk2 golf R32.
the base is a fujimi mk2 kit but was a curbside, cut the hood open and started to fabricated the engine bay
anyways heres the progress
will be a "CLEANED" enginebay, most of the dirty work is done now
http://img520.imageshack.us/img520/4500/1005577ts7.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
and a quick mock up of how it will fit with the engine

Nice, where did you get the engine from a diecast? What company? Also if your interested i have extra copies of the big bumpers for mk2 gtis. They fit the revell, but i think with some mods itll fit a fujimi. Keep us posted.

Yeah... cleaned engine bay... I like this new wave stuff... well, not that "new" now (guys do this for several years now) but still love the VeeDub scene for the outrageously clean bay.
Did you saw the cover of last month PVW called White Room ??
A very crisp white 83 swallowtail and cleaned 1.8L double Webber (or was it ITBs ?... not sure anymore ! I'll have to check when I'll be home.) !!

Looks great I like the wheels and the engine work. I am building a Mk2 Fujimi Golf too and I thought that the roof of the Fujimi kit looked too low when compared to reference photographs of the real car (only really noticeable in side views when comparing the windows) so I cut and raised the height of the roof on mine by approx 1.75mm (scale 42mm). Looking forward to seeing yours finished!
