A few issues I need resolved 1997 Conti

1. Even though I have selected the outside mirrors to be OFF, they still want to move when in reverse.
2. Inside rear view mirror has lost its nighttime glare jelley. I need a replacement mirror.
3. Drivers side seat doesnt heat up anymore, but passenger side heats up normal.
4. A growl from the steering when turning only when the engine is cold.
228k miles and still runs like a top. regular oil/filter changes and 28 mpg highway!! Nice car.
