Is an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator beneficial with a Jackson Racing setup.... such as a AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator?
Thanks!

You can't create more power without more fuel so yes, it would be helpful. An AEM fuel rail would go nicely with it as well.

Its a tuning tool and the tuning ability is what gives you HP, not the FPR itself device itself.
Forget the fuel rail as the stock one is fine. Whoever tells you that the stock needs to be upgraded is lying to you. Unless you got an all out drag car thats boosting gobbs of raw power.
Besides the AEM fuel rail and FPR are well known notoriously for not fitting well on honda's interfering with the front top strut bar.

i disagree with sak honda's are economy cars and there fuel systems are very restrictive so it would be in your favore to get a new fuel rail and FPR.

First off do you own a JRSC car and do you even have these parts upgraded? what did it do for you?
You are generalizing Honda don't you think. I can understand the Honda Odyssey, but an Integra and the other cars?
If you think Honda's are very restrictive then you are wrong. Did you know that the average Intake doesn't really improve much over the stock system. Did you know that the majority of the aftermarket exhaust doesn't do much but a mere 2-3 HP gain over the stock unit. Plus its only in a very limited area when compared to the stock one.
If you want to go ahead and get the fuel rail, then do it. I Have many friends who do not upgrade the fuel rail becaus eits just not necessary on a JRSC setup.
I own a JRSC car and I didn't go for the fuel rail because its not worth an upgrade on my setup. Maybe if you were making 500+HP, but there is just no way in hell a JRSC car will be making that ch power anyways.
Want to upgrade your fuel system? I tell you what. Fuel pump and fuel injectors are the best thing to upgrade when going FI.
As for the FPR, get it if you don't have any tuning tool. I didn't get one because I have a standalone ECU so my fuel maps are setup in tere instead.
But take the advice whatever way you want it for what its worth.

NOT! The stock fuel rail has been tested to 300+ WHP on turbocharged cars. Like Sak said, the injectors and fuel pump are the first thing to go. I'm just not sure why you would allow more fuel to go to the injectors when they can handle only so much......I guess it's because I never did that. But I did push 10psi with my stock injectors and pump, but it's not recommended that you go past that. I guess that would put it in the "restrictive" category, huh?
