stalling and back firing problem

1987 buick century 3.8L, stall from time to time. it seems like it helps when i mess with the wires going into the ignition control module, i don't know if it is a bad plug or bad control module, also i have blown up 2 mufllers now, and this happens after it stalls.:screwy:

Remove the plug & clean it with contact cleaner then apply dielectric grease to the connector pins. If that don't take care of it, you may have to replace the connector.

yeah get some new lightning to start out
